What is the pickup time window?
We require a 24-hour booking notice. To ensure your arrival is seamless, we recommend confirming/booking your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. We will arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
Are there luggage restrictions?
AeroLux vehicles are equipped to handle standard checked luggage. For oversized or heavy items, please contact our team to discuss special arrangements and fees.
How do I book a ride?
You can book your ride through our simple google form HERE or you may call/text us directly.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You may cancel your service 4+ hours before your pickup time. Cancellations under 4 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee.Â
